Strict Security Notice Regarding Private Keys
RealMM will NEVER ask you for your cryptocurrency private keys, seed phrases, hardware wallet PINs, or exchange passwords. If anyone claiming to represent RealMM asks for private cryptographic keys, they are an imposter. Never disclose your private keys to anyone.
Additionally, we explicitly do not collect:

06. Public Blockchain Notice & Immutability
When participating in transactions that involve Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Litecoin, or our smart contract relays, you acknowledge and agree that:
Inherent Public Nature: Public blockchain networks are decentralized, transparent ledgers accessible to anyone in the world. Any transaction broadcast to a blockchain—including public sender/recipient addresses, timestamps, amounts, and transaction hashes—becomes permanently public.
Technical Immutability: RealMM has no physical, architectural, or technical ability to erase, delete, redact, or modify records once they have been confirmed on a distributed blockchain. Blockchain data cannot be subjected to "Right to be Forgotten" requests due to the immutable mathematical structure of decentralized ledgers.
07. Information Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure
RealMM strictly restricts the disclosure of your personal data. We only share information under the following limited circumstances:
1. With Your Transaction Counterparty
During an active escrow ticket, information necessary to verify the transaction (such as confirmation that collateral has arrived at the designated address, or delivery screenshots) is shared inside the mutually accessible Discord ticket.

We rely on trusted third-party service providers solely to maintain our technical infrastructure:

09. Data Retention & Archival Periods
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational, legal, and security purposes for which it was collected:
Discord Ticket Transcripts & Evidence: Retained in secure staff archives for up to three (3) years following ticket closure. This retention period is essential to defend against delayed payment disputes, verify historical vouches, investigate fraudulent account recalls ("pullbacks"), and maintain transactional proof.
Auction Bot Records & Blacklist Logs: Maintained indefinitely to enforce permanent blacklists against non-performing bidders and banned actors.
